1. Eligibility

• Membership Exit Benefit may be requested only after 180 days from the Membership Activation Date.
• The membership must remain active and in good standing until the request is submitted.

2. Benefit Nature

• The Membership Exit Benefit is not a refund of the membership fee.
• The benefit is provided in the form of eligible rewards, service credits, discounts, vouchers, promotional support, or other benefits as determined by the company.
• The value of the benefit may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the membership fee, depending on the member’s eligibility and contribution.

3. Eligibility Assessment
The benefit amount and type are determined based on factors including:

• Social media activity and promotional contribution.
• Referral performance and genuine customer engagement.
• Participation in company campaigns and events.
• Marketplace activity and completed eligible orders.
• Compliance with membership policies and code of conduct.
• Overall contribution to the Ray JEE Net ecosystem.

4. No Guaranteed Value

• No fixed or guaranteed benefit amount is promised.
• The company has sole discretion to determine the final benefit after evaluating the member’s contribution.

5. Verification

• All Exit Benefit requests are subject to identity verification and internal review.
• The company may request additional information before processing the request.

6. Non-Transferable

• Membership Exit Benefits are personal to the registered member and cannot be transferred or sold.

7. Fraud & Misuse

• Any fraudulent activity, fake referrals, policy violations, or misuse may result in rejection of the Exit Benefit request and suspension or termination of membership.

8. Company Decision

• The company’s assessment and decision regarding eligibility and benefit value shall be final, subject to applicable law.

9. Policy Updates

• The company reserves the right to amend or discontinue this policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect rights already accrued under the applicable policy unless required by law.
